I. Product Introduction:
The PNF valve sleeve sludge discharge valve, also known as the sludge discharge cover valve, is generally used for sludge discharge inside the tank of small-scale engineering sedimentation tanks. It is installed at the tank bottom that forms a conical surface (to ensure complete removal of sludge at the tank bottom) and is usually used in conjunction with a hoist. For models with small opening/closing force, an extended handwheel can be directly matched for use. It can be used in a single unit or multiple units arranged in sequence, and its main body is generally made of cast iron. The TF type sleeve valve, also known as the lifting valve, is generally used for sludge discharge outside the tank during the sludge discharge process of sedimentation tanks. Due to its inner and outer telescopic sleeve structure, it can also be used to adjust the water level in distribution wells or water outlets, such as sludge discharge from single-tube sludge suction machines, air flotation water outlets, etc. It is generally made of carbon steel or stainless steel.
